Creation

The Department of Cosmos is often considered to be the most secretive and mysterious of the departments in the Dominion of Spheres, and Creation has done little to stifle this reputation. Almost all records of the department, even those in the Archives, are kept under lock and key by Creation, and communication between her employees is tightly controlled, so no one but her knows everything that's going on. Rumors abound about what mysteries are lurking in the cosmos: alien armies, mystical comets, or repositories of treasure hidden on distant worlds.

Background

Like most of the department heads, Creation has been a servant of the Celestials for so long that few remember much of her natural life. Creation has claimed that she originated as an astronomer in ancient times, observing and cataloguing the stars and planets for navigation and agriculture. The details are forgotten even to her, though she perhaps lived in Central or South America.

Description

Creation wears a cloak that appears to contain the entire universe within it, a silver circlet on her head, and a shining purple ring on her left hand. A single orb of dusty rose color orbits around her like the Moon around the Earth.
