Callum

Callum Herodotus, Order of the Golden Flame, First Class is a Termite Folk halfling in the Order of the Golden Flame. Callum is (or was) the lover of Barnacle Barnabas. He also had the crew of the Dawn's Light freed from their time-locked prison by enlisting the aid of Lily and her companions.
