The Royal Court of Natalia

The Royal Court of Natalia is one of the five clans of Termite Folk. Halflings in the Royal Court of Natalia are responsible for organizing the books section of the Floating Market and for the overall leadership of the tribe. The Royal Court of Natalia also manages the entire legal system for the Termite Folk, and deals with major threats to the world and its integrity. There are also rumors that the Royal Court of Natalia deals with other laws, such as the laws of physics and magic themselves, but these are just rumors, right?

The Royal Court maintains a small fleet of time-locked ziggurats in which they (relatively humanely) imprison those who have proved themselves a threat to the Court's laws. A small army of constructs in the shape of floating robes helps them enforce their laws.
