Supernatural being that wishes to create a new, more orderly universe
Devil is an umbrella term for those Divines and their agents who wish to completely destroy the universe and build a new, more orderly one in its place. Devils are some of the most powerful antagonists of the Dominion of Spheres, but they are not a single organization: instead, there are many different competing groups of devils.
