Department of Departments

The Department of Departments is the department in charge of all of the other departments in the Dominion of Spheres. This department houses the high-level administration of the Dominion of Spheres: they determine organization-wide policy, manage the administration of appointments, and handle the maintenance of the Dominion's headquarters. The Department of Departments also manages diplomacy other supernatural organizations, such as those of the Demons, Devils, and Fey, and disputes between different departments.

The Department of Departments is rarely involved directly in the treatment of Fractures. However, they will often send an agent or two in situations where rival factions may be involved. The head of the Department of Departments is Guan Yu.
